Cosonic Enterprise Corp. (Taiwan) announced its new MH and ML Series of surface-mount varistors, which operate from -55 to +125 degrees C and are available in 0805, 1206, 1812, and 2220 case sizes. The ML Series is available in 0402 and 0603 case sizes and operates from 33Vdc to 90Vdc. The MH Series is available with working voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc.
