Changzhou Chenglian Power Supply Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new CL-C-25-J ac/dc power supply, which has an input-voltage range of 85Vac to 264Vac (47Hz to 63Hz) and switches to three outputs of 5Vdc (3A), 12Vdc (0.4A) or -12Vdc (0.4A). The new power supply is suitable for powering LED displays and automation controls.
The device has a minimum efficiency of 75 percent and an operating frequency range of 30kHz to 1MHz. Startup time is 50ms, while response time is 0.5ms. The CL-C-25-J withstands 1.5kVac for one minute and has a leakage current of <10mA. The 110mm x 78mm x 35mm device has a built-in EMI filter, over-current protection and a mean time between failures of 50,000h. The CL-C-25-J operates over a -20 to +55 degrees C temperature range.
