Changjie Electronic Intros CL21 Series Capacitors

Changjie Electronic Co. Ltd. (Changzhou, China) introduced the CL21 Series of PPF capacitors, which are available with capacitance values from 33nF to 10µF (160V 0r 250V), 10nF to 4.7µF (400V), or 10nF to 3.3µF (630V) with ±5 percent or ±10 percent tolerance levels. The capacitors are suitable for use in dc and pulse-circuit applications such as filtering, blocking, bypassing, coupling and noise suppression.

Available in casings measuring 11mm x 8.5mm x 5mm to 42mm x 32mm x 22mm, the capacitors feature a non-inductive construction, PPF dielectric and epoxy resin coating. The devices have a dissipation factor of <0.01 and can withstand up to 1.3 times their rated voltage for 5s. The insulation resistance is at least 10 gigaohms if the capacitance value is 0.33µF or lower, or at least 5 gigaohms is the capacitance is more than 0.33µF. The capacitors are screened for operation over the -55 to +85 degrees C temperature range.
