Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) extended the voltage range of its SUPERmini CMDZ Series of zener diodes packaged in the SOD-323 surface-mount case to cover a range of voltages from 1.8V (CMDZ1L8) to 47V (CMDZ47L), and all devices have been specified with a low test current (IZT) of 500µA. The CMDZ Series are high-quality, voltage regulators designed for applications requiring a low operating current, low leakage and a sharp knee.
The diodes are all rated for operation from -65 to +150 degrees C. The CMDZ Series are available either bulk packed or in 3,000 pieces on 7in tape-and-reel. Pricing starts at $0.12 each for 3,000 pieces on a 7in reel. Sample devices are available upon request directly from Central Semiconductor.
