China National Electronics Import and Export Shaanxi Co. Ltd. (CEIEC, China) announced its new CEIECSXD6-005 photoconductive cells, which feature a spectral peak of 520 nm to 580 nm, and output power of 50 mW to 0.5 W (maximum). Rated at 100 V to 500 V, the optical sensors feature a photo resistance of 5 kiloohms to 500 kiloohms, and gamma characteristics of 0.5 to 0.8.
Available in diameters of 4 mm, 5.1 mm, 7 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm or 20 mm, the sensors have a rise and decay time of 20 ms to 40 ms and 30 ms to 40 ms, respectively. The cells operate within the -30 °C to +70 °C temperature range.
