The Electronic Components division of BI Technologies (Fullerton, CA) introduced its 82 SW Series environmentally sealed switches, which are suitable for a range of applications, including medical equipment, photo-electric controls, remote controls, test equipment and security systems.
The 82 SW Series incorporates a compact, single-pole/double-throw switch into a 0.25in diameter trimmer package with a 0.140in profile and a 200-cycle rotational life. The three-pin design of the switch package enables the circuit designer to control one or two circuits by using the switch as an on-off or on-on device.
Typical pricing for the 82 SW Series is $0.69 in quantities of 1,000, with lead times from three weeks or less ARO. Packaging options include boxes, tubes or tape-and-reel.
