Bel Fuse Inc. (Jersey City, NJ) introduced its series of SIP, non-isolated, dc/dc converters, which are claimed to offer full-load efficiencies of up to 91 percent with no derating up to 70 degrees C. The new V7PA-03A, V7PC-07A and V7PC-10A devices are suitable for products and systems that employ low-voltage silicon and a distributed power architecture supplying power at 12V.

The V7PA-03A, V7PC-07A and V7PC-10A offer output voltages of 1.5V, 2.5V and 3.3V at a maximum output current of 3A, 7A and 10A, respectively. The V7PC-03A version measures 54.9mm x 14mm x 8.9mm, while the V7PC-07A and V7PC-10A converters measure 63.5mm x 14mm x 9.1mm.

The new devices are priced from $6.35 to $9.95 each in quantities of 10,000.
