(Vancouver, BC), a leading developer of hybrid-electric power trains for commercial vehicles, announced that Roberto Quarta is joining its board of directors effective immediately, subject to TSX approval. Quarta has had a distinguished international career in industry over many years. Based in London, he is currently a Partner of Clayton Dubilier and Rice. He is also the non-Executive Chairman of BBA Group plc, the Chairman and CEO of Italtel Holdings SpA, and a non-Executive Director of Equant NV.
