AVX Debuts New MaxiPlus SLC Series Capacitors

AVX Corp. (Myrtle Beach, SC) introduced its Maxi-Plus Series of single-layer capacitors that exhibit a dielectric constant of 30,000. The capacitors feature X7R temperature characteristics and are suitable for decoupling around electro-optical amplifiers and transimpedance amplifiers.

The MaxiPlus Series capacitors feature capacitance values from 100pF to 10,000pF. The typical temperature coefficient for these capacitors is ±15 percent over the operating temperature range from -55 to +125 degrees C. Rated from 50V, the MaxiPlus Series is offered in length and width size ranges from 0.010in to 0.100in with custom sizes available, and they are available with or without borders. Lead times are from stock to four weeks.
