Astrodyne Unveils SCN Series AC/DC Power Supplies

Astrodyne Corp. (Taunton, MA) announced its new SCN Series product line of high-output, enclosed switching power supplies that provide output power over the range of 600W to 2,000W. The supplies are designed to meet power requirements in moderate- to high-power telecommunications, industrial control and systems applications.

All SCN Series models feature soft-start circuitry, remote sense and control functions, and integral EMI filtering. The SCN Series features an integral power-good LED indicator, output-adjustment potentiometer and operation over the ambient temperature range of 0 to +50 degrees C without forced cooling or output-power derating. The product line features over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuitry and has an input-to-output isolation of 1.25kV. Dimensions are 11.4in × 5.2in × 2.7in (600W version).

Prices start at $268 (600W versions) to $1,670 (2,000W versions). Delivery is stock to two weeks ARO.
