Aries Electronics Debuts Series 350000-HT Adapters

Aries Electronics Inc. (Frenchtown, NJ) introduced the lead-free, Correct-A-Chip, Series 350000-HT adapters, which enable users to upgrade from DIP devices to SOJ or SOIC devices with no PCB rework or redesign. The Series 350000-HT adapters are offered on 7.62mm, 10.16mm and 15.24mm with 14, 16, 18, 20 or 24 pins.
The devices can withstand operating temperatures of up to 210 degrees C and can be finished as individual units or in panelized form for automated pick-and-place mounting. The adapters feature a PCB made of 1.57mm Polyimid, rated at 260 degrees C, and have copper traces on both sides. Pins are 360 half-hard brass alloy with tin-nickel plating.
