Argus Releases New 125Vdc High Voltage System
Argus Technologies Ltd. announced the release of the Cordex 3.3kW high voltage integrated system. With a 26.4A capacity, the 125Vdc system was specifically designed for recharging all types of stationary batteries for large utilities, petrochemical and industrial uses.
"The Cordex 3.3kW is the first high voltage system in the Cordex series," said Brook Adams, Argus Technologies Product Manager, "This system provides the best in efficiency and reliability meeting the power requirement for a variety of system applications."
Marketed through the Alpha Industrial Power division of Alpha Technologies, this system offers standard features like remote monitoring, a touch screen system controller, and Ethernet connectivity. Utilizing up to three Cordex 1.1kW modular rectifiers, the 7RU Cordex 3.3kW system is front accessible and can be wall or rack mounted. Its switch-mode technology has the ability to transform 208-240Vac into 90-160Vdc with high efficiency and minimal stress.
