Apex Microtechnology Announces the MA32 Amplifier IC

Apex Microtechnology Corp. (Tucson, AZ) announced its new MA32, a 32-channel, high-voltage, monolithic, amplifier IC. Housed in a 240-pin Quad Flat Pack, the device has a footprint measuring less than 1.5sqin.
The MA32 features high-voltage operation up to 300V and output voltage up to 290V per channel. It features a quiescent current with less than 100uA per channel.
Pricing for the MA32 is $149.70 in 10,000-unit quantities.
