Anpec Electronics Intros APM4408 N-Channel MOSFET

Anpec Electronics Corp. (Taiwan) introduced its new APM4408 n-channel MOSFET, which offers a breakdown voltage of 20V, an on-resistance of 3.5 milliohms and a gate charge of 45nC, making it suitable for use in notebook PCs. Manufactured using a 0.4µm CMOS process, the MOSFET is shipped in SO-8 packages.
