Amkor Completes Integration of Recently Acquired Integra Tech.

Amkor Technology (Chandler, AZ) has completed the integration of recently acquired Integra Technologies (Witchita, KS) into its worldwide operations, adding resources to the company's existing test service capabilities in the semiconductor industry. Nearly 50 test engineers and technicians will staff the new organization in the United States. Additional test engineers and technicians are already in place at Amkor test facilities in the Phillipines and Korea, where the company has nearly 200,000 square feet of test space and operates more than 525 test systems for various levels and complexities of test services.
