AMI Semiconductor Inc. (AMIS, Pocatello, ID), a manufacturer of application-specific integrated circuits and structured digital products, announced the appointment of Soanar Pty Ltd. as a distributor and technical representative for the company in Australia and New Zealand. The agreement supports the AMIS growth strategy for its business in the Asia-Pacific region by strengthening its local engineering resources and support to existing and future AMIS customers.
