Advance Galatrek Launches New Version MasterElite UPS

Advance Galatrek (UK) unveiled a new 19in rack-mount version of its MasterElite MultiTec uninterruptible power system (UPS). The new configuration is designed to deliver power protection up to 20kVA, and is suitable for use in medium-sized professional data and voice-processing environments.

The new MasterElite MultiTec rack-mount series features a capacity range of between 10kVA and 20kVA, an overall efficiency that exceeds 98 percent, front-end power-factor-correction circuitry, and dynamic input and output filters to protect the load from upstream electrical pollution. The filters continue to provide spike and electrical noise protection when the unit is in static-bypass mode. Every model can generate a stable sinewave output over a wide input-voltage range, without the need to resort to battery power, allowing delivery of mains power down to 140Vac, and the ability to handle mains power failures of up to 40ms.
