Aavid Thermal Products Changes Name to Aavid Thermalloy

Aavid Thermal Products Inc. (Concord, NH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aavid Thermal Technologies Inc., announced its name change to Aavid Thermalloy LLC. The new name reflects its recent acquisition of Thermalloy Inc., formerly a subsidiary of Bowthorpe Ltd. Highlights of Aavid Thermalloy include 13 manufacturing plants around the world, including Mexico and China; the industry's largest thermal engineering and research and development capabilities; increased investments in supply-chain capabilities; and expanded manufacturing capabilities, including a second, larger extrusion press.
