Bel Power Solutions and Protection has announced the ABH50 Series, a 50W open frame power supply designed for cost-sensitive industrial applications. The ABH50 features a highly efficient quasi-resonant flyback converter and meets DOE requirements for standby power and Class B EMI with margin.
This open frame PSU features an input voltage range of 85- to 264-Vac. The main output is 12Vdc and suitable for powering medical, telecom, datacom, industrial equipment and other applications, such as battery charging, driving LED strings and starting small electric motors.
These ac-dc power supplies have a standby power consumption of 0.15W. They deliver full output power from 0 to 50 degrees C. Efficiency is 90%, typical, at an input voltage of 264Vac. Isolation is 3,000Vac from input-to-output and 1,500Vac from input-to-earth.
