The SCM2000MKF series from Sanken Electric are 3-phase brushless motor driver ICs. These products can run on a 3-shunt current detection system and optimally control the inverter systems of medium-capacity motors that require universal input standards.

The SCM2000MKF series are 3-phase brushless motor driver ICs in which output transistors, pre-driver ICs (MICs), bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and a temperature-sensing thermistor are integrated.

The SCM2007MKF is rated for 20A while the SCM2008MKF is rated for 30A. Both devices are built with 600V IGBTs. These products can run on a 3-shunt current detection system and optimally control the inverter systems of medium-capacity motors that require universal input standards such as refrigerator compressor motors, air conditioner compressor motors, washing machine main motors, fan motors, pump motors, and so on.
