150W Chassis Mount DC-DC with No-Load Power Consumption of 10mA

Cincon introduced the dc-dc Chassis Mount CQB150-300S-CMFC(D) Series. With a high input range of 180Vdc to 425Vdc input range (300V nominal), this new product is a chassis mountable dc-dc converter that offers 150W of output power at single output voltages of 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 24Vdc, 28Vdc, and 48Vdc. It features 3000Vac reinforced isolation.

Applications

Cincon designed this product primarily for typical applications of 300V nominal voltage, and it is suitable for distributed power architectures, telecommunications, battery-operated equipment, and industrial applications.

Exceptional Performance

The dc-dc converter provides a very low, no-load power consumption of 10mA. Efficiency can go as high as 89%, and it has a case operating temperature of - 40°C to 100°C.

Key Functions

The standard control functions include remote on/off (positive or negative) and -20% to +10% adjustable output voltage. The chassis structure offers built-in EMI EN55032 (EN55022 Class A) filters, and the structure meets EN45545-2 requirements. Also, it meets UL60950-1 2nd (Reinforced Insulation) Approval for dc Modules.

Full Protections

Fully protected against input UVLO (under-voltage lockout), output over-current, output over-voltage, and over-temperature and continuous short circuit conditions.
