100W/48V Din-Rail Power Supply for Industrial Control and Smart Home
Mornsun launched a compact size DIN-Rail power supply - LIxx-20BxxPR2 series, which the company specially designed for smart building and industrial control applications. The LIxx-20BxxPR2 series covers output power 30W, 60W, 100W, and offers output voltages of 5V, 12V, 24V, and 48V.
The LIxx-20BxxPR2 series is easy to install as the circuit breaker. Other applications include industrial control, smart home, intelligent building, intelligent agriculture, household appliances, especially for building automation and factory automation appliances.
Mornsun developed the LIxx-20BxxPR2 series according to DIN 43880. It offers built-in equipment for electrical installations and features compact overall dimensions and mounting dimensions. The product variants enable an increase in power while keeping the height and thickness the same, only adding to the width in accordance with the standard.
It features 4000Vac isolation test voltage and withstand 300Vac surge input for 5s. It also has a MTBF over 300,000h and provides protections of output short circuit, output over-current, output over-voltage, which not only considerably reduce the failure rate of the converter itself and enhance the safety performance of back-end power modules and the load in abnormal working conditions.
The device meets IEC/EN/UL62368 standards and over-voltage class III (EN61558). The models operate at up to 91% efficiency and have an operating temperature range: -40℃ to +70℃
