Vishay Siliconix Intros Si4824DY, Si4820DY & Si4822DY PWM-Optimized LITTLE FOOT Devices

Vishay Siliconix (Santa Clara, CA) introduced three new PWM-optimized LITTLE FOOT devices. The new Si4824DY provides two n-channel MOSFETs in a single SO-8 package, with on-resistance of 17.5 milliohms for the first MOSFET and 40 milliohms for the second. The Si4820DY and Si4822DY are single n-channel power MOSFETs that offer on-resistance ratings of 13.5 milliohms and 10 milliohms, respectively.
