Vishay Siliconix Intros New SOT-23 Power MOSFETs

February 14, 1999 by Jeff Shepard

Vishay Siliconix (Santa Clara, CA) introduced a suite of new power MOSFETs claimed to set records for on-resistance in the SOT-23 package, including the industry's first 60V p-channel device in this package type. The 30V Si2306DS (n-channel) and Si2307DS (p-channel) provide maximum on-resistance of 57 milliohms and 80 milliohms, respectively.

Maximum current handling is 3.5A for n-channel device and 3A for the p-channel device. The 60V Si2308DS (n-channel) and the Si2309DS (p-channel), offer maximum on-resistance of 160 milliohms and 250 milliohms, respectively.

Pricing in 100,000-piece quantities ranges from $0.23 to $0.27.
