Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (Malvern, PA) has announced the release of their new Power Metal Strip resistors, TrenchFETs and Small-Signal MOSFETs.

The Power Metal Strip resistors feature surface-mount packaging, resistance values as low as 1 milliohm, and operating temperature ranges between -65 degrees to +275 degrees C.

The TrenchFETs offer the lowest on-resistance recorded for power MOSFETs in the automotive voltage range at 3.5 milliohms for a 40V n-channel device, and 8 milliohms for a 55V p-channel device.

The small-signal MOSFETs combine a tiny footprint with a gate-threshold voltage of just 0.9V, and offer rated operation at 2.5V to maximize battery life. Maximum on-resistance per channel ranges between 2 to 5 milliohms at a -4.5V to 4.5V gate drive.
