Unique Mobility Inc. (Golden, CO) recently announced that the quality management system for its motor manufacturing subsidiary, Unique Power Products Inc. (Frederick, CO), has been certified compliant with the international quality standard ISO 9002.
"This achievement is a direct result of the entire organization working together," said Fred Davis, Unique Power Products Manager of Motor Manufacturing. "The attainment of ISO 9002 is an important step in becoming a world class supplier of products to our customers. More importantly, the achievement demonstrated that Unique Power Products has a recognized quality management system in place which will be a springboard for continual improvement of processes, products and people."

"ISO certification represents an independent testimonial that the company has adopted and implemented a quality system that meets a series of international standards and we expect that this designation will assist us in securing new and larger customers, as it has for the electronic manufacturing operations of our Franklin Manufacturing unit in St. Charles, Missouri, which received its ISO 9002 registration in February 1997.
