Ultra-small Package Expanded Lineup of Zener Diodes

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. has launched the Ultra-small package XBZ12A120CR-G as a new series of Zener diodes.
The XBZ12A120CR-G is used for constant voltage control of various electronic circuits, and it is used as a protective element to protect the IC placed after the electrostatic discharge.
Furthermore, they use the compact USP-2B02 package (0.5x0.8x0.3mm), effectively contributing to smaller device sizes. The XBZ12A120CR-G has a forward voltage drop of 1.0V at 10mA and is rated for a Zener voltage of 12V. It has a reverse current rating of 0.1μA.
These environmentally-friendly products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.
