December 04, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Tsinghua Huatian Technology Development Co. Ltd. (THTD, China) introduced the new AE-P4H2 CPU cooler, which provides a maximum airflow of 38.2CFM and a life expectancy of at least 35,000h (40 degrees C), and is suitable for Intel’s Pentium 4 processors operating up to 2.8GHz, as well as Celeron processors that operate to 1.8GHz.

The device is composed of a 70mm x 70mm x 25mm, two-ball-bearing cooling fan; an 83mm x 67mm x 37mm aluminum radiator; and fan brackets. The cooler adopts Skiving technology to enlarge the radiator area and improve cooling performance. The CPU cooler is rated at 12Vdc, requires a start-up voltage of 7Vdc, draws 0.24A, dissipates 2.88W and produces 32dBA of noise.
