TelCom Semiconductor Files with SEC for Company Shares Offer

TelCom Semiconductor Inc. (Mountain View, CA) recently announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed offering of 3,190,000 shares of its common stock. According to the company, three million of the shares are being offered by the company and 190,000 are being offered by selling stockholders.The company and one of the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 478,500 shares solely to cover over-allotments. The net proceeds to the company from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and potential acquisitions.
