Solid State Supplies Debuts MUR Range of Ultrafast Rectifiers

Solid State Supplies (UK) has debuted the MUR range of ultrafast rectifiers. The series is designed to provide optimized performance of forward voltage drop with a reverse recovery time of 25ns. Intended for use in the output rectification stage of SMPS, UPS and dc/dc converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in low-voltage inverters and chopper motor drivers, the MUR range has a planar structure combined with platinum doped life-time control to provide the rectifiers with rugged reliability.

Available in TO-220, TO-247 and surface-mount packages, with both single-chip and common-cathode configuration, the MUR series has an operating temperature of -65 to 175 degrees C.
