Shenzhen Capacitors Ind. Co. Ltd. (China) debuted its new CA45 chip tantalum capacitors, which meet EIA535BAAC and QC300801 standards. The capacitors are suitable for use in military equipment, computers and mobile phones. The company reports that the devices feature a wide capacitance range as well as high reliability and performance.

The CA45 capacitors feature capacitance values ranging from 0.1uF to 110uF, with tolerance of +/-10 percent to +/-20 percent. They exhibit a reliability rating of two percent per 1,000h at 85 degrees C. They operate from 4V to 35V, and are specified for -55 to 125 degrees C operation.

Shenzhen Capacitor's CA45 capacitors are available in tape-and-reel.
