Powerex Intros 5 new MOSFETs in TSSOP-8 Packages

Powerex Inc. (Youngwood, PA) is offering five new MOSFET devices in the TSSOP-8 package, all rated at 20V with 2.5V drive voltage. Typical Rds(on) for the devices, all of which are dual n-channel MOSFETs, ranges from 20-25 milliohms.
Powerex is also offering the same parts with integrated gate source Zener diodes for enhanced ESD protection.
Typical pricing for the FY6BCH-02 is $0.45 each in 100,000 pieces.
