Philips Debuts PH*96NQ03LT/PH*98N03LT Transistors

Philips Semiconductors (Eindhoven, the Netherlands) introduced two n-channel, logic-level, field-effect, power transistor series, the PH*96NQ03LT and the PH*98N03LT, in a plastic package using TrenchMOS technology.
Both series include three products; the PHD in a D-PAK package, the PHB in a D2PAK and the PHP in a TO-220AB package.
The PH*96NQ03LT Series is designed for the high-side control-FET socket in dc/dc converters. The PH*98N03LT Series is
suitable for the low-side syncFET socket, especially in high-frequency, dc/dc converters. Both are optimized for VRM applications on PC motherboards using the latest-generation Pentium 4 and AMD microprocessors.
