Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PEW) will start releasing a series of additional "EVERLEDST™" LED lighting products for FY 2011 (ending March 2011) from this spring.

The lineup of LED lighting products which offer more comfortable and greener lifestyle will be expanded to approximately 1,100 items in total composed of approximately 280 products for the residential use, 460 products for shop/staging applications, 120 products for building/office applications and 240 products for aesthetic/road applications. Flagship products will be as follows: energy-saving "LED FreePa Downlight" for residential use with a built-in sensor, which has the same brightness as a lighting fixture with 60W incandescent lamp; compact-designed single-package "LED Downlight (HomeArchi)" for residential use which can be easily blended to the surroundings and has the same brightness as a lighting fixture with 60W incandescent lamp; compact-designed and high power "LED Spotlight" for shops; and "LED Base Light Straight Type" for office use, which achieves higher efficiency than a highly efficient (Hf) fluorescent lamp for louver fixture. Other new products will also be released gradually.

These LED lighting business related activities are expected to generate total revenue of JPY 100 billion in FY 2016 (ending March 2016; JPY 70 billion from domestic sales of LED lighting fixtures and JPY 300 billion from overseas sales of LED lighting fixtures and devices).
