ON Semiconductor Announces Availability of the MC33761 LDO Voltage Regulator

ON Semiconductor LLC (Phoenix, AZ) announced the availability of the MC33761 ultra low noise, LDO voltage regulator with 1V on/off control.
The MC33761 is the latest addition to the company's line of LDO regulators. Offered in a compact five-pin TSOP package, the regulator gives designers space, weight and cost savings because it requires no external bypass capacitor. The lack of external capacitors allows it faster response times of 40 microseconds, in repetitive mode, from off to on. A 1V on/off control enables minimal current consumption, which results in very low battery drain for cellular phones and battery-operated end products.
