LTC Announces New LT6200 Op Amp

September 25, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Linear Technology Corp. (LTC, Milpitas, CA) introduced its new LT6200 ultra-low noise (0.95nV/Hz), high-speed (165MHz gain bandwidth product), unity-gain stable, voltage-feedback amplifier. The LT6200 works on a single 3V supply, allowing low-noise designs to be implemented on low-voltage power supplies. With the LT6200, maximum signal-to-noise ratio and maximum signal dynamic range is achieved because of the parts rail-to-rail input, common-mode range and rail-to-rail output-voltage swing.

Operating on either single or split supplies from 2.5V to 12.6V, the LT6200 features a shutdown pin that reduces the supply current to less than 1.8mA during standby conditions. Fully specified for operation over industrial and commercial temperature ranges, the LT6200 is offered in six-pin SOT-23 and eight-pin SOIC packages. Pricing starts at $2.15 each in 1,000-piece quantities.
