LEM Unveils LA 55-P/SP32 and /SP33 Transducers

LEM USA Inc. (Milwaukee) announced two new transducers available with overmoulding technology, the LA 55-P/SP32 and LA 55-P/SP33. These overmoulded products are claimed to meet the high requirements for current measurements in power electronics: attractive price, high performance, compact size, high EMC immunity and isolation.

To achieve these versions, LEM uses an organic material injected under low pressure. The LA 55-P/SP32 and LA 55-P/SP33 performances are the same reached by the LA 55-P and LA55-P/SP1 with good accuracy, a wide frequency bandwidth up to 200kHz, compact size, compliance against the EN 50178 standard, and the possibility to get versions with an integrated primary busbar resulting in the LA55-TP/SP32 and LA 55-TP/SP33 models.
