Ka Shing Ent. Ltd. (Hong Kong) announced a new series of ceramic capacitors exhibiting 0.3pF to 0.22uF capacitance.
The capacitors have tolerances of +/-0.25pF. They are rated at 16Vdc to 8kVdc. The temperature coefficients are NPO, N150, N220, N750, SL, Y5E, Y5V, Z5U and Z5V.
