Jeric Gu Appointed Supervisor of Alkaline Fuel Cell Development Programs at GreenVolt Power

GreenVolt Power Corp. (Ontario, Canada) announced the appointment of Jeric Gu as supervisor of in-house alkaline fuel cell development programs.

Gu most recently served as research and development manager for Beijing Century Fuyuan Fuel Cells Co. Ltd. (Beijing, China), with a particular focus on alkaline fuel cell applications for electric vehicles and mobile phones. He recently immigrated to Canada. Prior, he was research and development manager with Xiamen Three Circles ERC Battery Co. Ltd. (Xiamen, China). Dr. Gu began his career as a chemical engineer with Liaoning Renfeng Industrial Developing Co. (Shinnying, China). He received his degree from Huaqiao University, in Quanzhow, China, and his MS degree in applied chemistry from Harbin Engineering University in Harbin, China. He was awarded his PhD in materials chemistry, with a thesis entitled “The Study of Alkaline Fuel Cells and Electrode Materials of Vanadium Redox Flow Battery."
