IR Intros New Mini Series of Intelligent Power Switches

International Rectifier (El Segundo) is offering a new Mini Series of Intelligent Power Switches (IPS), which feature an extensive array of protection features in some of the smallest packages available. All of the IPS devices integrate a low Rds(on) output power MOSFET with protection and control circuits. Various single, dual and quad channel configurations are offered in SO8, SO16 and SOT223 surface mount packages. Prices start at $0.40 to $2.00 in quantities of 100,000.
