Hongfa Electroacoustic Intros HF8 Power Relay

Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new HF8 sub-miniature power relay, which features an SPDT contact form, silver alloy contact material, 6A, 24Vdc/120Vac contact rating, and 100 milliohms contact resistance at 1A/24Vdc. With an insulation resistance of 100 megohms, 500Vdc, the relay has a dielectric strength of 2,000Vac (between coil and contacts) and 750Vac (between open contacts), both for 1 minute.

Coil consumption is 0.45W, and coil voltage is 3Vdc, 5Vdc, 6Vdc, 9Vdc, 12Vdc, 18Vdc, 24Vdc and 48Vdc. Measuring 21.3mm x 16.2mm x 14.4mm, the relay features a 6ms operation time, 3ms release time, 10g shock, 1.5mm vibration (10Hz to 55Hz), and -55°C to +90°C ambient temperature range. Electrical lifespan is 100,000 operations, and mechanical lifespan is 10 million operations.

Minimum orders are 500 pieces and the lead time is between 15 to 30 days.
