Hefei Sanjin Intros MF5A-3 Series Thermistors

Hefei Sanjin Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new MF5A-3 Series of negative temperature coefficient thermistors, which are coated with epoxy resin and operate from -40 to +125 degrees C, making them suitable for use in temperature sensors, thermometers and temperature-compensation applications. The devices are available with resistance ratings of 5, 10, 22, 23, 100 and 150 kiloohms with ±1, ±2, ±3, ±5 or ±10 percent tolerance. The B parameter is between 3,270K to 4,300K while the power-consumption coefficient is 2.3mW/C.
