Fujipoly Offers SARCON XR-e/XR-j Thermal Pads

Fujipoly America Corp. (Carteret, NJ) announced the SARCON® XR-e and XR-j thermal gap filler pads that feature thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, as well as consistency and elasticity. The SARCON XR-e and XR-j are suitable for filling air gaps and uneven surfaces in a variety of electronic designs, including computer, consumer, communications, automotive and industrial applications.

The SARCON XR-e and XR-j pads have thermal conductivity of 11W/m-K and 14W/m-K, respectively. The thermal conductivity produces thermal resistances of 0.11in²/W to 0.14in²/W for the SARCON XR-e and 0.09in²/W to 0.12in²/W for the SARCON XR-j. Both pads have flame retardancy that satisfies UL94 V-0.

The SARCON thermal gap filler pads are available in seven series. Prices are from $0.15 per square inch. Delivery of custom samples can be produced in one week. Low production volumes can be produced in two weeks while high production volumes can be produced in four to six weeks.
