e/j BLOOM's Modern Power Conversion Design Techniques Course

e/j BLOOM Associates Inc. (San Rafael, CA) announced that its Modern Power Conversion Design Techniques course will be held September 27-October 1 in Las Vegas. The first segment of the course, 1.5 days in length, concentrates on the basic design methods of modern magnetic components for power conversion circuits. The second segment, also 1.5 days in length, is concerned with the introductory design and development issues of planar and integrated-magnetic power converters. The third and final course segment, 2 days in length, covers practical design, analysis and control methods of modern switchmode and resonant converters and associated EMI filters.
