FDK Corp. has expanded their power conversion portfolio with the introduction of eighth-brick 450W isolated power module. The module operates wide input voltage range from 36Vdc to 75Vdc that covers 48Vin and provides a typical 12Vdc output voltage.
The module is offered in DOSA standard eighth-brick footprint, 2.3†x 0.9†(58.4 x 22.8mm) in through-hole package. This is targeted toward high-end computing, data communications, and industrial applications where board space, cost, efficiency, and reliable operation in elevated temperature environments are critical. The module is fully digital controlled and equips PMBus™ communication. Also, it employs output overcurrent/voltage protection, over-temperature protection, remote ON/OFF and output voltage margining.

The module is RoHS II compliant. It is manufactured using FDK’s state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing processes and systems.
