Diotec Debuts the GL1, RGL1 and EGL1 Series of 1A Rectifiers

Diotec GmbH (Germany) has extended its product range towards a 1.0A version of rectifiers in MiniMELF, named the GL1, RGL1 and EGL1 Series. These new series are half the size as before, but with the same current. Diotec reports that this is possible due to the UL94V-0-classified plastic casing with chips soldered to the plugs. Compared to the usual glass cases, Diotec claims that the new cases have much smaller thermal resistance from junction to ambient.
The new series are available as standard, fast and ultrafast diodes.
