DCH Technology Inc. (Valencia, CA), announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Enable Fuel Cells Corp. (Madison, WI), will soon begin construction of a 23,000ft square facility (specifically designed for rapid expansion to 80,000ft square) for their Enable fuel cell product family. The facility will be located on a five-acre site in Middleton, WI, and will integrate state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and processes for rapid, high-volume production of the company's fuel cell power systems. "This plant is unique in that it is modular and can be readily expanded to meet anticipated growth," said David P. Haberman, chairman of DCH Technology. "We have repeatedly said we want to be the first company to bring fuel cells to everyday people with everyday needs. This is a key step toward meeting this goal."
