Cree Inc. (Durham, NC) announced the addition of Harvey Wagner as a member of its Board of Directors, effective February 2, 2004. Wagner has also been appointed to the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee, on which he will serve as an audit committee financial expert. Dolph von Arx will continue to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
