CooliSys, Inc. has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Marsh Electronics, Inc. Marsh will offer an extensive portfolio of CooliSys's "best-in-class" product line – including standard, value-add and custom power solution products – to its Medical, Telecom, Military and Industrial customer base.
