Collmer Semiconductor Introduces New Fuji Electric Trench Gate MOSFETs

Collmer Semiconductor Inc. (Dallas, TX) has recently introduced Trench Gate MOSFETs from Fuji Electric of Japan. According to Collmer, these devices use advanced 0.8um technology and are avalanche energy-rated. Additionally, they feature a high-gate-to-source-voltage rating of +30, -20V. The Trench Gate MOSFETs have a maximum Vds of 60V, and Rds(on) is 5.0 milliohms typical and 6.5 milliohms maximum.
Typical applications include dc/dc converters, standby UPS systems and small motor controls. These devices are available in through-hole and surface-mount packages.
